At ECC, we encourage everyone to find opportunities to serve, whether in the church or in our community. As a church, we want to be a blessing to our neighborhoods, our schools, and to the people all around us. The following ministries and organizations are doing amazing work, and we would encourage you to contact them directly and become a volunteer.

  • Compelled to Care

    • Help support foster, adoptive, and kinship families while building community, or find resources to become a foster/adoptive family. Email ashley@compelledtocare.com

  • Garfield Elementary

    • Mentor a student, become a reading buddy, volunteer in ground keeping, support students with snack or schoolies supplies.

  • City Gates Ministry

  • Thurston County Food Bank

  • Union Gospel Mission

    • Help in the Life Recovery Center, Transformation program, or the many other options to tangibly serve. Visit ougm.org/volunteer

  • Options Pregnancy Center

    • Christian-based Crisis Pregnancy Center. Mentor, educate, and support. RNs needed for basic testing. Visit olyloveslife.org to start your volunteer process.
