The role of our First Impressions Team is to provide a warm, helpful and welcoming experience to everyone that attends our gatherings. First Impressions is about communicating personal value to the people who walk through our doors as we would a guest into our home. It is a way to express to people that they matter to us and to Jesus. At ECC, our First Impressions Team prayerfully and purposefully creates an environment that helps people feel at home and comfortable. Research reveals that people visiting our church will make up their minds within the first seven minutes on campus if this is the kind of church they would like to attend.
