GOD IS BIG!

One thing I think we frequently forget is that Christ is Almighty.

Maybe you are like me. I have Christian attributes and experiences, but there is often no abandonment or surrender to Jesus because I just do the best I can do, mentally understand all I can, plan the best plans I can, and ask God to bless all of it. Too rarely is it "natural" for me to expect the miraculous or even the powerful activity of God. Too rarely do I anticipate God's power and Presence in the moment. Too rarely do I stand back and wait with anticipation for God to show Himself however He chooses.

The well of our incompleteness runs deep. We must make the effort to look away from ourselves and look toward Him. Wait for Him. Anticipate His Presence, power and help. Add the unknown but totally reliable activity of God to the recipe of your daily life.

Hey, followers of Jesus - There is much power in the resurrected Jesus that is waiting to respond to our faith, trust, and patience. Anticipate it. Believe for it. Wait for it. Refuse to tell God how to do it, and wiat for Him to show you His partnership with you. .
